To enter resource costs:

Choose Resource Table from the Chart menu.



Select the cost field for the resource whose cost you want to enter.

Type the unit cost.

Click the Accrual Method to indicate whether the accrual method is Multiple or Single. 

Clicking the field toggles between the two methods. Single accrual assigns the resource cost to only one task at a time. Multiple accrual assigns the full cost to every task using the resource.

Close the Resource Table.
